i almost thought about giving a good review, but i can’t overlook the food being unbearably spicy, despite asking for mild options. also, the light switches, ugh! they seem to be completely random and annoying. i expected more and wasn't even offered a complimentary drink upon arrival! just disappointing, honestly.

Good location near central attractions.

The food was bland and unappetizing. Despite being centrally located, the area was dirty and not pleasant to walk around. My room had a view of litter and weeds, which was truly disappointing.

This place suits me perfectly, providing amenities like free Wi-Fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi recommendation. I always appreciate their attentiveness. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay! I'm coming back for Easter.

One downside was the limited wi-fi access only in the reception area, making it a bit inconvenient for planning our day. The restaurant faced issues with buffet-only dining during busy hours, which felt restrictive. Despite these small hiccups, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated the staff's cheerful attitude. Overall, a solid place to enjoy the beautiful hills of Munnar.

The restaurant had a varied menu, and the food was quite delightful, especially the breakfast that catered to different tastes. the room was a bit cramped for three people, but the staff was really friendly! and the location was great, close to shops. the room size was decent. The breakfast was tastier than expected.
